Rum arranged humble honey Bourbon vanilla
Here is a discreet rum full of fruity aromas.
Portions: 12 little glasses
- 1 liter of white Charrette rum
- 2 cloves of Bourbon vanilla
- ½ glass of sugar cane syrup
- 200 gr of Bibasse or loquels
- 50 gr of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey

Empty the liter of Charrette rum into a jar.
Wash the loquats, wipe and pit them, put them in the jar with the rum, add the sugar, the sugar cane syrup, then the Bourbon vanilla pods cut in the length direction, as well as the honey.
Mix well while stirring to dissolve the sugar.Let it macerate for at least 3 months, do not forget to shake vigorously for a week, until the sugar and honey are fully diluted.
